You may have heard that the Canadian American Club, like so many other organizations, is having some financial difficulties these days- not surprising when most of the income that pays for on-going expenses (real estate taxes, building insurance, basic utilities, etc.) comes from rentals for music, sessions and social gatherings of one kind or another which are not advisable/allowable under the pandemic.
