Meghan Perdue holds bachelor and master's degrees in Commercial Violin Performance and Commercial Violin Pedagogy, both from Belmont University in Nashville, TN. Fluent in a broad range of styles such as classical, Celtic, Scandinavian, jazz, bluegrass, and more, Meghan's versatility as a musician is applied to her work as a faculty member in the Belmont University School of Music and in the Blair School of Music at Vanderbilt University.
For the past thirteen years, Meghan has taught all ages and skill levels of students, ranging in age from four to 70+ years old, in one-on-one, online, university, and camp environments. She has trained in multiple pedagogical methods and technical studies for both classical and folk styles, especially Scottish and Danish music.
