I teach a rhythmic approach to DADGAD guitar to players of all skill levels! If you are new to DADGAD tuning, I can give you an overview of some chords shapes that exploit the tuning's unique open qualities and will help you sound great playing with and without a capo. If you're on old hand, I have some advanced tricks to share to help you push the boundaries of what DADGAD has to offer (swing chords, inner voicings, etc.)

Alongside that, I can help you to provide better right-hand accompaniment on the guitar. At the end of the day, exceptional rhythm is what defines great guitar playing. I show students how to tastefully and compellingly accompany a variety of tune styles across different traditions and contexts. I am also happy to teach non-DADGAD players, discuss music theory, help with arranging, and to coach groups. Feel free to contact me!
