Discover the joy of clawhammer banjo! Since picking up the banjo as a teenager, I've been hooked on this immensely groovy and hypnotizing style of Old Time banjo. I've taught privately for over a decade sharing my approach to clawhammer. With my students, I focus on developing solid technique, building repertoire, cultivating listenings and jamming skills and helping you create your own style! The best place to learn from me is through my Truefire Artist Channel "Clawhammer Corner" where I have dozens of tune and technique tutorial videos, tabs and more. I perform in the acoustic roots quartet Charm City Junction and in a duo with my father Ken Kolodner.

Katherine Forbes is the founder of Nashville based website and brand design company, Designing the Row. Her client roster has grown to include GRAMMY Nominated & Award Winning Artists, New York Times Best Selling Authors, Film Composers, Reality TV Personalities, & many more! She is known for her clean and simple design style and is recognized as a Squarespace Expert and Squarespace Authorized Trainer. She is also the creator of music community, Music Biz Besties, and teaches digital music marketing as an adjunct professor at ETSU.
